What I’m Reading At The Moment

Tell me about a complicated man. So opens Emily Wilson's translation of The Odyssey, and I was hooked from the first line. A beautiful poetic translation which does justice to the original work. Plus it came with an introduction I actually read, helping to put the work in the context of its time. It will take me a while to finish but I look forward to writing more about it.
